About The Abilene Stay at Home Moms Meetup Group

The goal of this group is for stay-at-home parents to have a way to meet other parents and their children for playdates and family activities.
This group is fairly active so if you decide to be a member, please be aware of the attendance requirements.






WEEKDAYS:
(Mostly in the morning or early afternoon)


* play at the park
*home playdates
* mall playground
* crafts
* holiday events
* trips to the zoo
* lunch and play at kid friendly restaurants (Chuck E. Cheese, Chick-fil-a, etc)
* trips to the Grace Museum
* swimming
* birthday parties
* storytime at the library
* charity/community service events


**Most activities are for children under the age of 8, older siblings are welcome for most events.
We love to do free things in Abilene, but sometimes there will be admission fees for the events. Everyone is on a budget so it will be affordable!



EVENINGS & WEEKENDS:

*Mom's Night Out (2-3 times per month)
--coffee breaks
--dinner
--shopping
--bowling
--craft classes
--movies
--Bunco
--scrapbooking and other crafts


*Family Days/Nights (1-2 times per month)
--holiday parties
--picnics
--Abilene events (air shows, parades, etc)
